- Will the artwork and stationary be different each month?
Yes! Each month will feature a new themed Mail pack.
- My Mail came in damaged/didn't arrive
If you received damaged mail please email me photos of your damaged mail within 30 days and I will do my best to send a replacement to you.
If you do not receive any mail within 30 days, please let me know so I can send a new package.If your envelope is returned to me due to your address being incorrect, insufficient or undeliverable, you will need to pay $2.00 to have it re-shipped. If your mail is continually sent back to me, I will ask that you provide a different address for it to be shipped to along with paying an additional $5 per envelope to cover the cost of shipping and partial materials cost.
- Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to change your address, please contact me as soon as possible so I may update it before your order is shipped. Once your item has been mailed I will not be able to make changes to that package. In this case please refer to question above.
